Minutes for a Organizational meeting

Meeting was called to order at 6:01 PM.
Present: Tony Gashie, Shawn McManis, Denny McIntire, Bill Monahan (by phone), Trudi Monahan (by phone), Judith Hamlin, Brian Lake and Kevin O’Malley (by phone).
Denny McIntire nominated Tony Gashie for president. Seconded by Shawn McManis. All in favor.
Denny McIntire nominated Shawn McManis as vice president. Seconded by Tony Gashie. All in favor.
Shawn McManis nominated Trudi Monahan as Secretary of the Board. Seconded by Tony Gashie. All in favor.
Shawn McManis made a motion to keep the meeting dates as the third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM. Bill Monahan seconded. All in favor.
Shawn McManis made a motion to continue to engage Judith D. Hamlin as clerk with a $SO a month raise. Seconded by Denny McIntire. All in favor.
Bill Monahan made a motion to retain Kevin O’Malley as solicitor. Seconded by Tony Gashie. All in favor.
Shawn McManis made a motion to continue to engage Michael Hardison, JR as operator. Seconded by Bill Monahan. All in favor.
Shawn McManis made a motion to continue to engage McClure and Wolfe as auditor. Seconded by Denny McIntire. All in favor.
A motion to table the adoption of bylaws was made by Shawn McManis. Seconded by Denny McIntire. All in favor.
Shawn McManis made a motion to adjourn at 6:09 PM. Seconded by Denny McIntire. All in favor.
