Regular Meeting
June 16, 2026 6:00 PM
Meeting called to order at 6:01 PM by Tony Gashie.
Present: Tony Gashie, Denny McIntire, Shawn McManis, Judith Hamlin – clerk and Kevin O’Malley (by phone)
A motion was made by Shawn McMais to accept the minutes from the May 20, 2026 regular meeting. Seconded by Denny McIntire. All in favor.
Hearing of Visitors: None
Correspondence: Judith Hamlin received a notice that H & H has a price increase for testing.
Water report: April collections of $20,755.32 were received and deposited. May collections are reported to be $19,937.97.
Secretary Report:
Treasurer’s Report: See attached
Tony Gashie made a motion to accept the Water report, Secretary Report and Treasurer’s report. Seconded by Denny McIntire. All in favor
Operator’s Report: Michael Hardison was not present but had informed Judith Hamlin that everything was running well.
Engineer’s Report: Brian Lake was not present but had informed Kevin O’Malley that everything was running well.
Legal: Kevin O’Malley brought up issues surrounding the amendment to the lateral line ordinance. It was decided that a wider discussion needed to happen with the borough before anything was adopted. The issue was tabled till the borough could be contacted to set up a meeting.
A motion was made by Shawn McManis to accept the Operator’s, Engineer’s and legal reports. Seconded by Denny McIntire. All in favor.
