$21,421.34 were both received and deposited. We are up to date on collections.
Secretary Report: Already discussed the no lien letter.
Treasurer’s report: See the attached. Judith Hamlin noted that a more detailed report was provided to show the breakdown ow the supplies purchased.
Shawn McManis made a motion to accept the water, secretary and treasurer’s reports. Seconded by Denny McIntire. All in favor.
Operator’s report: Michael Hardison, JR is not present. He did report that the new flow meter and computer system has been installed. Also, the annual HCS Instrumentation calibration has been completed.
Engineering report: Brian Lake reported on his follow up to a complaint by Tina Reed at 382 Stoney Hill Rd. He provided information on the ongoing situation and his conversations with Mr. Reed. The problem is in the lateral line and not the main line.
A discussion ensued about providing information to the public letting them know that they are responsible for the lateral lines up to the public right of way. Shawn McManis made a motion to prepare a flyer. Seconded by Denny McIntire. All in favor.

Brian Lake also stated that we were awarded the LSA grant for building repairs. We have already repaired the roof, but he will check the wording of the grant and see what other repairs (such as siding) the grant can cover. The next LSA grant submission will be due this fall. He suggests we apply for aeration equipment. Tony Gashie suggests we coordinate with the borough to include our lines as the borough looks for funding for new water line and sidewalks. Joining together will give both a better chance to find funding.
Legal: Kevin O’Malley reports no legal issues, but will talk to SPWA about coordinating a letter about lateral lines with a letter from the SPWA about their lines.
Old business: none
New business: none
Shawn McManis made a motion to adjourn at 6:46 PM. Seconded by Tony Gashie. All in favor.
